Top Slovak graphic designer and illustrator, author of tapestries and monumental wall mosaic. He served out as a reproductive graphic designer in Slovak Grafia Bratislava. He studied at the Slovak technical University in Bratislava, Department of Drawing and Painting (prof. J. Mudroch, D. Milly and K. Sokol), later at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Landscape Painting (prof. D. Milly) in Bratislava and finally at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia (national artist I. Beškov). His works grew from traditions of folk woodcutting and reached in strong graphic language based on expressive efficiency of colour and shaped contracts and dynamic drawing line. He belongs to the most creative authors of Slovak postal stamps and the most important creator of stamp graphic. He illustrated more than one and a half of thousand stories, by the most varied techniques.
