The title of the exhibition is an appropriation of the text work of a young Czech artist David Fišer (TIMO). With the controversial ad slogan that promotes reduction instead of expansion the artists respond to the contemporary political and social issues at home as well as abroad. At the time, when a global market takes over in the whole Europe, from north to south, from east to west, the artist duo comes with its own slogan advertising a local diversity. Within the objects and installations their work deals with the complex relationships between periphery and centre, tradition and innovation, unlimited mobility in a global world and a local diversity that characterizes every nation in the project of a common Europe. At the time of a financial crisis, a Greek debt crisis and a growing nationalism, the project of a cosmopolitan solidarity is threatened.

Tomáš Džadoň (born in 1981 in Poprad) studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. In 2007 he was awarded the 1st prize at Essl Art Award CEE, in 2009 he was awarded Cyprián Majerník Prize and also became the finalist of both, Oskar Čepan and Jindřich Chalupecký Prizes. Since 2008 he has been doing his PhD. studies at the studio of a Non-atelier at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.

Monogramista T.D (prof. Dezider Tóth) was born in 1947 in Výčapy-Opatovice. As soon as in seventies he became one of the major figures in a Slovak art. His conceptual art includes actions, installations, texts, painting, object and minimalist intervention. Since 1991 he has been teaching at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava where he runs a Non-Atelier (Neateliér). In 2009 he became a Laureate of the Tatra Bank Art Prize.
