The Slovak Galleries Council annually presents the White Cube Award for outstanding contributions in the field of gallery work. The award is intended for professionals such as theorists, curators, gallery educators, restorers, designers, cultural managers, and other specialized staff.
The award recognizes editorial, curatorial, educational, theoretical, and other exceptional professional projects in the Slovak gallery sector. Its aim is to acknowledge professional achievements, motivate gallery staff and collaborators, and promote gallery activities to a wider public.
